UFO, Cloud, or CGI?

To me, it's definitely not a cloud. You can see the top to it, and that looks more dome shaped. Now, it's just a question of whether this thing is really there or not. It really doesnt look like cgi, it looks too natural i guess. But, i suppose it's always a possibility. What do you guys think?

    I don't think its a cloud, but I'm not sure if its real or not. interesting none the less.

    Not very conclusive. The one that was spotted in Jerusalem that had multiple camera angles and other evidence like removed images from a news stations 24 hour online weather cam.

    Ah no way it's real, if it was we would be already dead hehe. On a more serious note, if this was real, I think some one would take care of that, that we wouldn't even have the chance to watch this video.
